FIELD EDUCATION PROGRAM
Innovative Change Consulting Group is partnered with several colleges and universities to provide undergraduate and graduate students internships and practicum opportunities. Our Field Education Program allows students the opportunity to have a practical experience in the consulting industry.
It is challenging for students to go into an industry looking for employment without any experience. A student who is placed at Innovative Change Consulting Group has the opportunity to gain practical experience and utilize their skills, knowledge, and abilities with real clients and projects. Through a student’s field education experience, students are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be enhanced and fine tuned to thrive as a business consultant and or coach.
