Innovative Change Consulting Group, LLC was established after recognizing organizations were not able to become socially and economically sustainable past three years, due to the lack of capacity and not having the proper tools and strategies implemented for the development, growth, and success of their organization.

Innovative Change Consulting Group, LLC provides evidence-based, innovative, and solutions-focused professional management consulting services to organizations. While we are headquartered in St. Louis, MO, we work with organizations nationally and internationally. We are dedicated and committed to meeting our clients where they are to ensure they receive top-notch services to elevate their organization to the next level.
